Return and Refund Policy Viasue terms and conditions

 Of course we stand behind a products quality and workmanship...If you  find fault in these areas please let us know and we will make ourselves  available to replace or repair any item with sufficient issue caused by us. We use USPS priority mail services only.

We will refund your purchase, less our 20% processing fee when an order is *canceled* by you prior to shipping.

 * There are no refunds for any orders that involve electrical components that have been opened or used.

If the electrical item has not been opened you will need a *return authorization* before mailing the item(s) back to us. There is a 30% processing fee. 

Yes 30% is high but by this point a lot of time and effort has been provided and we must be compensated for time, effort and or your change of mind and any shipping that we may have paid for.

We do not resell opened, nor resell refurbished used systems. They are not stripped for parts, they are not reused, they are thrown out because we know they are not new ! We cover return shipping, replacement shipping or repair shipping on an  individual basis BUT these shipping costs are usually covered by the  customer unless we feel obligated to cover them.    VIASUE
