 Of course we stand behind a products quality and workmanship...If you  find fault in these areas please let us know and we will make ourselves  available to replace or repair any item with sufficient issue.     We will refund your purchase in full, without processing fees etc. If  you have not opened or used the item you purchased.     If the item was opened or used and you want a refund for other than the  above conditions we will refund the purchase amount less a restocking or  refurbishment fee of 20% from the original Grand Total    We cover return shipping, replacement shipping or repair shipping on an  individual basis BUT these shipping costs are usually covered by the  customer unless we feel obligated to cover them.    VIASUE
